Tassadar is a very unique and noble charecter that sacraficed himself in the video game Starcraft. Still one of my favorite games to date, Tassadar gave his life to stop the evil Zerg Overlord, respectable indeed.
The phrase 'Entaro Adun' is a greeting often used by the Protoss. Adun being the Protoss home that was destroyed.

Previous nickname was Slander. I never lived up to the nickname, it just sounds cool. Still play ESF with Slander and use it for most everything else.

Well the story behind my name is really lame...
I got it after just watching Matrix Reloaded. Me and my friend had gone to see it earlier, and both of us loved the Twin characters, and so for the next couple of weeks, we both used quotes from the Twin's as our MSN names, trying to see who would end up with the final quote that hadn't been used (lame, I know).

Anyway, at the end, I was left with the name of Just Like New. Being a big fan of the Matrix, I was inspired to have a look for some Matrix mods, and after a while of searching, I stumbled across a mod for Max Payne, and as I signed up to the forums, Just Like New was in my head, so I used it.

So then, after being on the board for a while, I realised that Just Like New, was as crap as all the other hundred Matrix names on the boards (TheOne, tehOne1123, NeO111, you get the picture), but I don't really like to change my name when I go to new boards as I liked to be recognised by the people I know on other forums.

Lucky for me, I was always referred to as JLN on the other forum (by the regulars at least), so I though a good compromise would be to change my name to that. Now all the regulars from the other board would recognise me, and to everyone who doesn't know what's behind the name, it sounds original. Unlucky for me, I've just explained it to you so I guess the entire point of my new name is lost :(

A long time ago, i really enjoyed the megaman x games as well as Gundam Wing. My original name was going to be Zero, but too many people use it. I was also reading a book around that time about a phoenix and phoenixs are pretty cool. How do i incorporate the two names? Zeo + nix= Zeonix. Im sure there are probably better combinations of the two names, but i like this one.

I was actually pretty surprised when Fire told me he wanted to change his name to Phoenix. Brought back old memories.

Vejimaru...hmmm...this name has so many variations and stories behind them...

Veji
Vegemaru
Vejimaru
V...

I'll do Vejimaru and how it evolved into that.

I started as Vegemaru, originally a cross between my two fav anime characters back then, Vegata (or Vejita as I now spell it) and Sesshomaru.

Then I turned into Vejimaru. The name kinda went in its own direction from then on...there is even a character (see fight club :3).

Veji and V came from Vejimaru. There is one other guy on the net who accused me of stealing his name, but it turns out he saw my name and loved it, so he took it for himself on a german forum.

I also now go by Super Admin Man (elsewhere) as I had a superman logo as my avatar for a short while.

Originally, during a particularly angsty part of my life, I signed up as "ChannelForThePain"

After realizing that angst is bull****, I wanted to be known as the lecherous ass grabbing monk, Miroku.

After a while again, I realized I wanted to be original, and asked my final name to be Deman. My real name is Devin. Deman came from a dream of my friends in which I jumped into a ditch and proceded to tell everyone I was the D-Man. To me, D-Man seems like The Man, which would be a pretty conceited name. So I changed it to Deman, which can be thought of something of a Demon, but a man as well.

My previous handle in TFC was Solidus, but TFC started and ended with the BDU clan server, so to kick off my period of internet gaming without a regular server, I used Chrono, because I was playing through Chrono Trigger via emulators at the time :X

EDIT: 5788 for the CS clan I joined a little while later that never really went anywhere

Oh, and HA/HMG because it's what kills the Fades ;)

My name? Ano...

Its from King Of Fighters, taken from one of its main characters: Kyo Kusanagi. I chose it because i figured since im going to be cosplaying as him at the next Manifest, i may as well get into the character.

And Hwoarang - If ever i get the chance to take you on in Tekken, i'll show you that Kazuya is the best there is, the best there was was and the best there ever will be. Bar None! :D

(P.S - i play as everyone but i favour Kazuya)

Hmm. Me and a friend were making a clan, and we had a cool tag with the letters "SS", so we just started shooting out names, I shot out "SoulStriker", but we decided it was no good as a clan name. Later on, I decided to take it as my nickname instead.

My previous nickname was "Edge", which I use from time to time in various computer games where my name would not be suitable (Such as a WWII game *cough* old sk00l DoD *cough*)

Mine was actually something i created for a D&D character originally. Zarius was the name of my first character, an Elven Sorceror who i really enjoyed playing. I still use the name whenever i play a similar character, only i add a number. Currently up to Zarius the 14th.
The Zer0 I added when i took the name online, since this one was seperate of the lineage. Used a 0 instead of a o, just cause i thought it looked cooler. Been using this one for pretty much everything ever since.

and as for Tekken, i'm a fan of Hwoarang, but i prefer Lei myself.

I look back now and wish I started off with a different name, I could change it now but people would be like, "who the hell is that?"

I just made it up. Its a game forum based off DBZ, Vegeta is my favorite character, and hes a badass when he was majin. So boom, Majin Prince.

I also go by TwisteR, so if you join a server and its hosted under that name, its me.

Cucumba was an original evil saiyan warrior elite created by me for this forum. As time went on, someone (SPiN) made a sig with a cucumber giving thumbs up, wearing dark sunglasses and chewing on a toothpick/match/cigarrette in it's mouth. The picklish avatar stuck, and thus I could never be truly free of the name even if I wanted to be.

(Metropolitian) (Technology) thats pretty much it. My first name on these forums was JBravo0166. But I was thinking if I ever became a good skinner I needed a name that made me noticable.

Now I get to explain this name.

Used to be ATF. (Back when I couldn't think of a name, and when I only played Normal Half-life) Well, I was killed like crazy and everyone beat the hell outta me back then. I changed it to KilledWithStyle in order to try to start "anew". Strangely enough, I fought better with that name(probally cause everyone WANTED to kill me with ATF).

ITs been so long that I have used the name, its too late to change back.

I made up this nickname when I was 10 years old (I'm 17 now) totally not aware of the fact that it also means porn -_-.........

Name on other forums is probably Nihonjin, why? because I'm a japanese fan and I think it sounds cool ^_^

Happened to me. My name change from ChannelForThePain to Miroku happened a couple weeks before I was a mod, so it almost had the effect of "HEY some new guy is a mod now? wtf?"

I've always been a fan of Sonic and had a fascination with vampires. I often use the handle "Sonic the Vampire" in games, and I would have signed up on the forums with it but I didn't realize it was going to use my "account name" as my name on the forums. My girlfriend thinks "Sonic Boyster" is cute so, I suppose I'll keep it. I may change it in the future but it's been alright for the last year and a half so it can stay a little longer.
