So my desktop is pretty clean.

Yeah, that image isn't really Kosher with the AUP. So enjoy sunshine and rainbows instead. And have an infraction. Someone with your history should not be skirting the rules and pushing boundaries.

8) Nudity is not allowed, all subjects must have a minimum of swimwear or non-lewd clothing. In addition, suggestive posing is not allowed.

Though it is in the avatar and signature section, it quite applies to all images posted to the board.

Yeah I reinstalled my Windows sometimes ago and forgot to add a new backround .

P.S.: I don't know why when I press the Print Screen button the START menu pops up .

Probably a bug, make sure your Windows is fully updated. Since you reinstalled, it might be because of that.
