Besides that info is only 50% true. They are making Cloud Processing to be the next big thing. And as such any game that incorporates that system will require an always on connection in order to even function. Same as Sim City. So despite their claims, they have a working always on DRM built in to the system for anyone to use.

Sim City functions perfectly fine without cloud processing.

Thats my point. They are using Cloud Processing as an excuse for DRM. And i forsee it being used in a similar way for the xbone. Its just too good to pass up.

I don't mind that as much. My main gripe with the Xbone was the used game issue, and the daily check ins. Even with some companies using cloud computing, the console is still guaranteed to have games that don't require it. So, if I have a day where the power goes out or I take my console to a location without internet, I can still play it.

I don't think a lot of games will have cloud processing implemented, anyway.

Not in the beginning, but you can expect it to be more common later down the line when games will be pushing the console beyond its limits with that feature.
