the leaf texture you overlayed is too flat compared to the dynamics of hands... the arm for example, is somewhat like a cylinder.. the texture you used there is flat and doesnt follow a curve... i know that stuff is hard to do etc... but its possible (displacement maps)
then the rose.. myes.. pretty bad blending.. no shading.. only some sort of glow effect.. but that doesnt cut it, play with it more, use shadows on the hand etc
