i was wondering is there anyway to see other ppl skiins can u type somethin in console or somethin not shure and how u ban ppl from sever
also when i try to play budokai and other models its say wrong version what that mean

no u can t see other ppls skins its jus the way
it is and when when it says wrong version
it means u have the wrong version

Player models and skins are client side addons, you can only see them if you have them installed as well.

As for banning people, you can use the RCON command:
RCON BANID minutes wonid KICK
or use:
BANID 0.0 WONID (if you have admin mod/amx installed - not sure about this command)
