Seriously, why is that?
I mean, it can't be that hard to create an auto loading mechanism for tanks, considering how much space the loader(assistant gunner, guy who loads the gun, whatever) takes up there should be enough space for that.

Couldn't find anything helpful on google so does anyone know? :)

Good question. There's got to be a reason, but I haven't the slightest clue.

They do have a mobile artillery tank that has an auto-loader I believe. Pretty sure I saw it on Future Weapons.

Cause the tank driver gets lonely by himself.

Some tanks do have an autoloader and some don't.

The main problem behind an autoloader system for tank shells is that due to the weight of the shells they aren't as safe and reliable as a guy manually loading them. Not to mention they are a lot slower then a human loader.

tl;dr = Basically cheaper to have a dude then a high quality machine.

Another thing is that he's another man who could take over if the driver/commander is injured.

Though, if the loader in the tank is "damaged", the tank would be pretty much screwed eitherway..
