Why Can't I Transform In A PS?

i play esf/evm and when im beam struggling or block struggling and push z.....nothing happens. I have enough power for even a perfect tansform but nothing happens. Then i do a type of ps on my friend and he can transform. Whats wrong?

For some reason you can not transform dueign a powerstruggle in EVM, only in ESF. Also, make sure you have enough ki (not power level) to transform. Transforming takes a little bit of ki, so if you don't have enough, it won't work. And you can not be in turbo.
