Yep, you are reading it right. My powerlevel was at 10 million.
And the critter on the other end of that beam was in lots of pain.
Anyone who still has Alpha 2.0 installed, try and beat this.

i got to 22 million twice, it was a booooring weekend and was the first weekend the alpha was out, it was crazy cause once i got to 22 million trunks's final flash thing killed everything on the whole map even when it was minimumly charged so my pl shot down to 15 million after that happened twice, it was crazy, my burning attack over powered a fully charged final flash like it was nothin
