*****OFFICIAL TRANSFORMATION KILLING RULES******
1. If someone just spawned, you let them transform without harm.
2. If you are fighting a ssj and he descends mid-fight..you can trans kill him.
3. If a ssj is doing anything and descends...then tries to go ssj again...kill him.
(this should be pinned as these are the unwritten (now written) rules)

Yes i know the rules differ from server to server...but this is the base of the rules

If it's against the server rules then fair enough but otherwise it's a legitimate tactic, it's not an exploit or anything. Most 'pros' don't trans anyway afaik because it lowers your base pl compared to the rest of the servers'.

i dont think you should be invonurable to attacks period.

slows down the action of ESF

you could block a kamehameha or something like that

theres not much of a point being invunurable for your 1st time transforming

i dont know why this is even an issue, its been decided, that the first time you transform in a server you will be invunerable, after that you'll be vunerable... thats the most balanced way there is, because im always able to find somewhere to hide and trans if i want.
