I saw that. In one episode, Buu turns into a liquid and leaps into Vegetto's mouth, and into his body. He tries do some serious damage to Vegetto from the inside out, but Vegetto manages to expel Buu from his body. It's a minor part of one of the many episodes where Buu and Vegetto fight.

Yes here is what happens.

1. Buu enters Vegetto's body via. liquid form
2. Vegetto gets huge due to Buu trying to blow him up from the inside.
3. Vegetto uses energy to compress Buu
4. Vegetto beats the crap outta Buu so buu expels himself.
