Okay, my last poll wasn't a hit (grumbles at lil sister), but I wanted to do one for myself. Eheh, this is more like me. I do enjoy all these movies up there.

Yeah . . . I voted for akira just because of the roughin Tetsuo hands out . . . but the most brutal imo is Guyver . . . nothing dies pretty in that show.

I hear "Fist of the North Star" is pretty nasty if we're talking series, but I've never watched it...

fist of the north star is the most brutal. u got heads exploding when this dude walks by, blood pooring out like sand, basically everyone this guy comes across dies to some sort of limb exploding and blood everywhere

Fist of the North Star can be very brutal, Guyver is just a bad . . .

Most gruesome death from both:

FOTNS: Kenshiro turns Zender into a bloody fountain of guts and gore.

Guyver: Guyver 1 being smited by Enzyme . . . lost his arm . . . via bite wound, impaled through the guts, control metal torn out of his head (the hard way) and keeps fighting efter the out of control energy burns his skin off. Oh yeah, finally Killed by enzymes acid blood exploding all over him in a near FOTNS gore fest. Enzyme got some nasty wounds too.
