hahaha lol X'D well harSens didn't release the beta code so noone knows...well you could know if you're an advanced coder :O the mode isn't that hard to make... well i coded it but there are some things that didn't work yet like scatter or glow of the balls..but the rest worked

Use the stickies dude, I know that it isn't the beta 1.1 dragonball mode but he released the alpha source so you can use that, but Give Credit!

its not capture the dragonballs..i think he wants to use that :O...not just spawning the dragonballs

if not, then not
ESF isn't open source and won't become that ... if you would be a HL-mod-coder, you would know howto code the CTDB ... learn howto code (not just copy-paste) and write it yourself
