I saw how other players increase faster than me, and evolve...

Also if you fight people who are stronger than you you get more PL than if you fight people round your level

Also free falling helps in fights for saving ki. Otherwise just melee like everyone else.
Plus it's the best way to play

Feyd in evo ssj4 the best method is that when you have 3 hp and is leashing your pl ,and if you take a sensu you will require 500,000 at pl .(only saiyans).

Ah i was wondering about that, i killed a super bot on my 1st kil and could transform, wondered why i couldnt transform after one kill on other servers.

Nah. It isnt the server it was the bot. If you make a super bot have 50million PL than you gain 1-2 million per kill maby even more. if the bot has 100 million PL you gain round 4 million

So in the end it all depends on how strong you oponent is.
