What are "Refferals"???

I was looking in my profile when I saw something that says "Referrals". I went to many other profiles and saw that few people had any referrals at all.

What exactly is referrals and what do they do?

You have a unique link that you can put on other forums or give people, if they join using that link you will get a refferal. You also can enter your name into "Who Reffered you to our site?" somthing like that.

With the now turned off repuation system you got extra reputation power (Adding and taking reputation points)

But yeh now it's just to look cool
