dous anny one know on how to use welding in gmax or 3dsmax ?

scroll down to edit geometry you will see the weld panel. First try clicking weld selected and you will probably notice that a box will pop up saying "No Vertices within weld threshold" This means that within in the area there are no vertices to weld, to get around that change where it says selected 0.1 (default) to around 1000 just to max sure try again and the 2 verts should have welded successfully!

(Shortcut for welding verts is Ctrl + W ;-)

ok but i ment was in gmax i cant select 2 at a time how can i weld them together to become one group ?

you have to attach the two different meshes together first, right click, and hit attach then click the other mesh, to get out of attach, right again
