Well, there are many views on this, some people view like the Vetnam war, meaning we have no business there, some people think that we need to do whateer we can to stop Saddam, to end the problem fast, Saddam just needs to be taken out of power, easier said than done, that would usually lead to conflict, And maybe this was un avoidable? maybe people think we should play defensive? Wait til he does something? But he does have Biological weapons? What are we to do? There are many opinions based on this, but if we must go to war then so be it.

1) I'm not really fond of Bush, he just seems like a Presidents who was meant to keep the country running shoved into something bigger than he could handle. Then again he hasn't destroyed the world yet so who am I to complain?

2) There is nothing wrong with the UN or their aprehension about going to war. They are trying to maintain order while America is literally tearing the UN in two. The UN wont exist after this, people wont trust it just like they never trusted the League of Nations. Maybe the UN isn't the best but at least the countries are talking to each other..

3) Sadam should be kicked out, he isn't a nice guy and it's a safe bet that his people hate him. However more thought should be put in to what happens to the country after he is gone. As I see it three things could happen: Another Dictator could appear. America could take complete control. Or a democracy could be set up, which would be hated by all surrounding countries.

So this is kinda a complex issue, I'm all for taking the lunatic off his seat of power but.. I dunno.. :scared:

I feel the war is nessecary to bring peace again. Saying that, it is the most dramatic solution. Innocent people will be killed, both sides will suffer casualties and fatalities.

Sadamn has an ultimatum which he is very unlikely to fulfil and he probably does have chemical weapons which he may use against the forces attacking him or their countries.

Ask yourself, is this really what is needed to have peace?
