Video Tutorial - Intro/Sword

I decided to make a vid for my friend, but i spent so much time on it, (not too much, but enuff) that I'd just share it. Its a bit long, i slowed down my pace alot so it was easier to follow, and it ended up takin up more time then i thought. And dont comment about the sword lol its mean for noobs, I realize its a very simple sword. I also did a brief intro into milkshape, then sorta guided you threw milkshape using examples. Sry I didnt edit it for time, the only things that were cut is when I left the pc. Youll see several times I just stop. ;p Also I didnt know how to change the time limit of the captions, so there all defualt ;p

Also, a side note, when I tryed to play it after i rendered it, it just lagged like mad, if you have the same problem, tell me.

First one works for me, but your right the second one doesn't. I have no clue why. Ill have to keep trying but i dont even have a hint why it wouldnt work. Anyone with FTP space wanna give me a hand here? I uploaded and linked right...
