Boys i wanna ask you domthign i got a cd with some movies and i cant play them with mediaplayer the video is asking somthing about VCD andi wanna ask if there is anyone kows what that is and where i can download the codec Thnx

a vcd is a video cd, it is used in dvd players but burned from a cd-rw drive. it needs no codec (unless your trying an svcd, then u need an mpeg2 codec) but rarely do dvd players play vcd's, luckily mine does ^_^ so give your dvd player a wirl if u want or just look for mpeg codecs

look for a DVD-player (hardware) or buy a DVD-looking-software (InterVideo WinDVD or PowerDVD) ... treat this CD like a DVD ...
Windows Media Player suxxs ... it has problems with opening VCDs and SVCDs
