So you just have to set up hammer up right to make a map for esf 1.3 right? Then you can start building and everything. Just making sure because i might make one. Sorry if this kind of stupid to post though. Thank you.

short answer: yes thats all you need.
and you need to compile with the hullfile to get the scaling right.

Also make sure to pick up Zoner's Half-Life Tools and a compiler:

Both of these are strongly recommended for when you are ready to compile your maps for play.
