Trying to flash bios, need help

ive got all i need. theres a command in post that allows me to go right to awdflash but it never detects the file on my disc. So i have to resort to going to dos, using a bootdisk ive done that even with winxp. However when i go to run awdflash it crashes.
My motherboard company said to run awdflash w/o autoexec and config but it won't boot without those files. i need help if you would.

You better post something like this in a Windows or Technical help forum of some sort, I doubt that you will get help here in a ESF forum.
