ok i got an idea for transformations you know that when trunks vegeta goku gohan for the 1st time transform they couldnt move but when they got more experience in going ssj they could just transform while running i dont want this bad but its good against beam spammer :|

Umm,that already exsist,perfect transform...but you are talking about lower stuff...Ridiculus,and stupid...But about beam spammers!!!

As Viki said, Perfect Transformation already exists for this purpose. The transformations take less and less time with the more PL you gain. So this is essentially already included.
