Transformation Sounds

When i go to transform there is no transforming sound.
No screaming, no yelling. Nothing.
Can anybody help?

If u have no:

scouter sound, no trans sounds and no PowerUp sounds i know ur problem:

GO GET THE LATEST HALF-LIFE FULL CLIENT FROM FILEPLANET OR SOME OTHER SITE
