transformation help

i can't transform into my perfect form on anyone. i get my first form then transform and when i get enough ki for my perfect form i press z and nothing happens. plz help someone

perfect form is just where when u press z u trans instantly with out all the flashy things around the person

r u sure. then why doesn't everyone have a perfect form

some people such as buu and cell and krillin when they trans they dont revert to normal they stay that way
