If you are losing a bs, and if you have enough to trans to the next level then you should be able to trans during the ps. that would be pretty neat.

Doh. If you have turbo activated you cant transform. Basic knowledge.

But you can freely transform when in a PS. BS does not count though.

well to make sure of things:

PS=Powerstruggle(Beam struggle)
BS=BlockStruggle(opponent shoots beam and u block it, pretty obvious? )
