Time it takes to go ssj?

I was just wondering if someone could tell me the time it takes to go ssj... Is there some sort of equation that is used to establish how long it takes to go ssj until you reach perfect? I was just wondering this because im trying to create a plugin that overrides the powerlevel multiplier when you turn ssj. Thanks much in advance, and if there is any other way to override the powerlevel multiplier, please let me know. Thanks for your time.

5 million is perfect transformation
1.75 million is transformation

so perfect trans is 100% and 1.75 is 0%

No idea about equasions but if you ask me its only a set amount of percent.
