So has anybody else given these four albums a listen?
I wasn't exactly the biggest Thrice fan, but after seeing an Epic AMV my cousin made using these albums, I fell in love.
Basically you've got four albums with six songs each. Each of these albums is written with one of the classical elements in mind. The Fire Index is heavier based while the Water Index tends to be slower with more melody. The lyrics are also written in the spirit of the elements while referencing many different stories. It's a damn cool concept and it let the band explore many different styles of music as well.
