Those interested in starting a mod

Is anyone interested in starting a mod??? I want to start one for Half-life we could make it a TC I don't care, I don't know how to map or code, still learning to model but soon I will be good, I could make a website I just don't know where to host it, I really can't do all that much, I just really really wanted to start a mod

No but here's the thing I can do some stuff, and no one will let me join one.
