Oolong/Puar (could transform into any character, maybe other things :shocked: )
Raditz (they could make him go super saiyan! :smile: )
Nappa (His city-destroying technique would be highly effective, and he could become super saiyan! :talk: )

Mr. Popo ( He stood his own against Trunks and Goten

King Cold (first form would be his fourth, acended would be his spiky fifth form, and his last acended form would be Metal Kooler

Okay I'm not sure how people just can't get this straight but. Frieza goes Energy consealment to 1st form which is the ascended frieza right now. To the second form which is the tweaked out voice and the one that owned piccolo. 3rd is The so called Final Form. Where frieza is all god almighty. And The Fourth is the form Cooler took in the Cooler movie. Now if King Cold went robo. I'd say that'd be ***.

The form King cold was, was the 1st form. Because you could tell from the size of his body looks etc. IF he was in the 4th form. He would've been having a mask on his face sort've. Now the form he should be in is 1st I agree. But I'm just proving some stupid facts here that noone needs to really know because I just like proving some *** ****.

Now if you don't like it. Then Go F Yourself. If I'm wrong. Please correct me in a way you have PROOOOOFFFFF!! aper: :id: :S

Then what would be the point? Eclipse has approached me about skinning his Tien to go in ESF but I havent done it. The insertion of Tien was originally for the community to contribute something to ESF, but nobody got off their lazy behind to complete a tien model + skin. So if Tien isnt in 1.3, your all to blame =P

I accidentally wrote that in front of King Cold instead of Kooler. I know that KC is in his second form, yet still more powerful than Frieza ever was. I know, twas' and accident!

True enough, but I am currently an ESF dev member... so the skin wouldnt be community made, nice try though ^_^;. Honestly if people where slightly more grateful for what I am/we are doing I might consider it....but I'm not doing extra work outta my free time for a percentage of thankless n00bs.

If you're going by the fact that kooler said "as you know i'm in the 3rd transform stage" then you should realise that he means the 3rd time he had to transform, small form -> transform -> tall form -> transform -> weird form -> transform -> small white form, he transformed 3 times, therefore 3rd transform stage, 4th form.

Energy Conservation form Being the first form ... I get what your saying but if energy conservation form wasn't first form it would be -1st form and ... and if your going to go into technicalls I'd say -1st form is usually counted as dead and buryed , so Considering all this ...
The Form you see King Cold in is Second form.

If youre going to suggest a character, please provide a detailes description about them. Like moves and other stats. Also, make sure they arent from GT or from any of the DBZ movies. The team has decided that theyre going to stick to the DBZ series, the one that aired on tv, up to the kid Buu saga.
