Quite a shame you can't select multiple, as I use both AIM & MSN. For chat reasons mostly only .

I use pidgin, it's a lot of im clients rolled into one.

I use Adium. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't support video chats. Other then that I can customize it just about however I want right down to the sound it makes when people sign on. It's also a multi-client that has facebook chat so I can be on that all the time if I want.
