9 pm gmt is 4pm Eastern, since you are in the pacific time zone that would be 1pm I think.

i just realised y there is 2 dates going around (8:00, and 9:00) at 9:00 ESF updates and says its released.. but at 8:0, oktogone opens the DL! oh man, i wanna get 1.2 b4 every1 else by going therre, but all the links were edited by mods
