TF2 Achievements

I wonder if it would be possible to organize a group of people willing to joining a private server and get some of those hard to get TF2 achievements?

I've just got to ask, why do you want to get the achievements?
Personally Valve has yet to update a class I give a damn about, including the Heavy class, so I don't care about the new weapons. But, it seems even people that don't WANT the new weapons are doing whatever they can to get all the achievements.. For no good reason? I guess the point of getting achievements is feeling like you've achieved something, but the end result is flooding servers with way too many Pyros/Medics. The Pyro flood has just about calmed down, but I still occasionally see servers with 60%+ Pyro players.
