Sometimes in the show, all a fighter would do is hold out a hand towards an opponent and wham. They'd fly back as if they'd been smacked. When Goku first becomes a super saiyan, he uses it on Freiza. It looks like a form a telekenesis (moving objects with your mind, for those who don't know what that means).
Why not have this t-k attack in the game?
- To select it, press 1 twice.
- It charges up about as fast as a generic beam, if not slightly quicker.
- If it hits, it doesn't do any damage at all. However, what it does is knock them back, as if they'd been hit by a melee attack. The more charged up it is, the further they go flying. Of course, they take damage if the t-k causes them to hit a mountain or whatever.
- If they're blocking, they won't go flying.
- If a beam or other blockable energy attack gets in the way or is targeted, the t-k will hit that instead. A power struggle ensues: your t-k is about as strong in a ps as a generic beam, however, so you might want to avoid using this on kames.
- It can repel discs! If you t-k an oncoming disc, it will reverse its direction, (if applicable) detach it from its owner, and make it "your" disc so if you hit anyone, they get sliced and you get credit for the kill.
Any thoughts?
