stupid cl_dll and what not help plz

ok this pos is giving me a error on my cl_dll and my hl.dll
i installed esf about a month ago with no problems played fine on steam
ton of servs... wipe my computer one friggin time and now it hates me any help suggested.. ive tried those esf packs and what not around here in the forums but icant get this thing to let me actauly see anything but the fin back drop
