I don't understand the "Defeating Sheng Long in 2013" thing. Can someone explain that to me please? What's Dragon Ball have to do with Street Fighter?

it goes way way back to Street Fighter 1. Sheng Long was a translation error. It was supposed to be Shoryuken '' Dragon Uppercut '' but in the American dub it was translated '' you must defeat Sheng Long '' where it was supposed to be '' You must defeat my dragon fist. '' Then as an April Fools for Street Fighter 2 in a magazine it said if you get all perfect matches you would fight Ken and Ryu's master '' Shen Long ''.

Yea I remember that. There were all kinds of rumors about street fighter II floating around back in those days.

Due to a glitch in Street Fighter 2 the Hadouken would turn red thus the birth of Ryu's fire Hadouken.

Sheng Long turned into Akuma btw.
