Look, if you guys cant fight someone using youâre own strategy, then quite frankly, you need to learn how to play. You donât become a talented player by reading a strategy guide, sheesh.
I wouldnât equate the aim of the game as a need to beat other people, I think what keeps me playing is the fact that everyone in the community keeps getting better and better. Who the heck doesnât want to raise the bar a little? Even if getting in someoneâs face and saying "Ha Ha, I'm better than you" is what the game is about for you, then I really feel sorry for you, because in true rock paper scissors style, no one is unbeatable, and someone can always best someone else.
I personally like training other players; the game gets one more player who knows what he's doing, one more player who can enjoy the game. In the end, if we where all a bit more noob friendly the community would grow larger, meaning more servers, more modders, more fun.
Now, ending the yakiddy yak yak, and entering my strategy for Krillin.
Ahh Krillin. Who knew that a wimpy human character could be the most devastating? In short, scatter beam. I canât get enough of it. Scatter Scatter Scatter Scatter. At least at the start. When you first enter a server you can be assured that every single other player has a higher PL than you. This is quickly remedied, specially when a server is well into a brawl and most players are transformed (I once hit a transformed vegeta with a scatter beam that netted me with an instant 250,000 PL gain). Keep on launching scatter beams (I call the process fishing for PL) until you donât get upwards of 1K PL per hit. At this point you have enough PL to catch up to an SSJ and melee him (I call this mining for PL) after you are done mining, you should be ready to transform. After you transform, enjoy being the fastest, meanest, most feared and hated player on the server. YAY!
*Note, do not try this on servers with a PL balancer, you will never be able to get his PL high enough, or rather, have people around you with PLâs high enough to get to transform. I hit my cap at 2, 941, 000 on a server that ran for 30 minutes and had light balancing, maybe you can do it, but I certainly canât.
