i suggest making a steam skin that comes with esf 1.3 when released , u know like green menus and dragonballlz everywhere , and stuff , ain't cool?

You mean a menu background upon launch of a modification? I think a new background will be already made with v1.3

Na i think he means friends chat windows steam games menu and games list, etc etc. The thought of it would be nice but thats extra work thats really not needed

whahaha u even know how a steam skin is made? i coud make it if i did not suck at photoshop , there are programs that help you make this like , "i love steam" , or "steamdown" it's easy all u have to do it's like edit some paint pictures cuz all it's estetical , i made me one once but it sucked anyway pls try i love steam i suck at photoshop and allways will

I think he meant making a DBZ skin for ESF. Because no matter what game you run with Steam, it has its own skin. This looks fine for CS or HL, but it doesn't look alright for ESF.
