What are you talking about? Steam doesn't remove anything from your PC.. I've been using it for years. You 'heard' it? From who? So you never experienced it yourself? The person that got 'everything' was most likely caused by something entirely different. Either that, or he did something very stupid. Just wait until ESF v1.3F is released, you'll be back .

Its just a hub for you to access your games, and provides basic anti-hacking securities for your games. It has great social features. Its free.

Guys, regardless how 'useless' a thread may be.. Spamming it won't do you any good. Spamming really has to stop. I'm seeing more and more spam of people lately in normal threads, which frankly goes too far. If you have nothing good to reply, then don't reply at all.

Dylanhutch. Regardless of what you have heard, steam is a very safe program. If you don't wish to use it, nor wish to buy Half-life legally to play this mod then this is your problem, not ours. You are missing out a lot. Especially when ESF v1.3F comes out. Just remember that the final release of this mod requires steam and won't be compatible with WON/Non-Steam at all.
