Steam verification not recognizing I own Half Life

Hello,

I am attempting to apply for the recent beta. When I try to verify it says I don't own Half Life. I know I do for sure and my profile is set to public. Does anyone have a fix or is there a way to manually verify ownership?

Make sure you have your games privacy set to public in your steam profile settings
