Steam Not Starting Up!!!

I really need some help... my Steam's not starting... everytime i try to Manually start steam it doesnt work ill it gives me is this crap message



Steam.exe(main exception): Failed to create key TopKey\SteamServerAddressCach


Details: CMultiFieldBlob(pSerialized): Partial field header at end of record


Thats the ERROR message it gives me everytime i try to start up steam or any steam game please help me ASAP!!!!!

Uninstall steam, make sure all the registries are gone to.

Re-install, make a new account and make sure that your CD KEY is valid, and bought, and that no on else is using it.

Do i have to reinstall steam??? last resort??? and please tell my the reason its giving me the error and if i DO reinstall steam will i lose all my maps games files ext...

Well then save your maps and game files ect...

(move them to a different folder)
