me and my friend are argueing wether the eye color of a super-sayain is blue or emerald green.

I SAY EMERALD GREEN!!!!!

Its green because the japanese are sending a subliminal message to the nazis that they still think they are superior that is why super saiyans have blonde hair, green eyes, and are full of hate becuz thats the perfect description of a nazi!

That's like a dark teal. That's what I've always thought the color was.

Teal is an apt description. Emerald green, turquoise, aquamarine and jade would also be fair descriptors.

Regardless, they're all shades of green/blue with no identifiable pupils. When Goku turned SSJ3 his eyes turned a dark blue/green colour, and his pupils were visible. SSJ3 Gotenks eye's remained the same, however.

It's important to remember that the eye colours are hardly consistant anyway. I've seen images where the eyes looked faded and dull, and other images where they have an almost bright green hue.

The blond is the symbol of gold, gold is the symbol of power.
Even though a Super Saiyan is full of hate, I don't get the impression of it.
Because they look more like a good guy than a bad guy.

Actually to tell the truth, Death Biscuit is completely right , but that doesn't mean I always agree with him.

All Supped Up Saiyans ( he-he-he ) have green eyes, until level 4 Souped Up Saiyain, which have, ( suprisingly enough ) YELLOW eyes!

sigh, no the guy said that the japanese hate the nazi's and their description of the 'uber-mensch' (perfect race) is tall, blond hair, blue eyes. so thats why they gave the super saiyan green eyes, instead of blue. thats what he said. I dont know if the creaters really thought of it like that. but its a valid theory.

I think they were just meant to look angelic and majestic. In which case, the green eye color is more suited.

Green-gray is what I'd call it. Although I wonder if it's based on what level of SSJ they are at? I know they seem paler at SSJ2, and the hair color seems different (darker). You think it has something to do with that?
