ssj and transforming

How do i find out at what point i can turn ssj etc.. thanks for replys in advance

When you're at the character select screen, there's information next to the character names. Scroll down and it'll tell you what your power level has to be in order to transform.

I'm bored I'll explain... On the HUD, which is the image on the bottom left of your screen is a blue bar, it has numbers in it, that is your power level. Each character has its own transforming point and you can check these when you go to choose your character. The "CF" bar on the top of the image also tells you if your PL is high enough.. Once it is hit "z" that is the default unless you changed it!
