batman on the other hand relies on his gadgets..and everything he has can be explained (example :Gadgets he gets from his rich company which he owns) also batman was created (as a character) with the gadgets/car as his "Superpower" since he has no real ones..its his one thing that makes him "super" and the car was part of the original creation and added in by the creators of batman....spiderman on the otherhand was not originally given a mecha in his first issues or any issues for that matter..so therefore..inorder to stay true to the storyline in some sense...he shouldnt have a mecha...
