Speeding it all up

hi i was wondering... is there any way to make everyone move faster? i mean WAY faster... Like twice as fast or something like that... thx...

not only that, it will make playing impossible. i mean it.
try swooping with evil buu and imagine it twice faster.

if you go faster.. itll cause more lag.. to much information to bounce back and forth
