I've seen a nice plugin on the VB Addon forums regarding "Signature of the week/month". I'll look in to it, as this might be interesting for you guys. If it's good enough, and won't mess up the forums too much, I might install it. How ever, I still need to look in to it how it exactly works.

I don't think this is really necessary. This isn't an art board, it's a board for a Hl1 mod.
The whole sig of the month thingy won't last long anyways, I mean this section
isn't too active, there aren't that many active sig makers here anymore. The last competitions all died within the first 3-4 months.
