I was pointing out that your reference tells nothing to those who don't bother to read the bill. They'll assume you're making some stupid crack, when in fact, the bill contains provisions that would allow corporations to use stored information from ISPs to do bad things to pirates and their cohorts.

So rather than force them to either read the bill, which would be absolutely insane in this day and age, or research it on their own, we're going to spoon feed them information.
