I THINK the translation is:

"While I am charging kamehameha or another beam and I am flying I can turn flying off and if someone tries to PS me when I do this I always win"

I think that is what you are trying to say

so you mean that you turn off fly,
charge up slowly your PL\Energy
after DONE you PS with someone next to your PL
and win cause you have more Energy
its not a bug... I dont knowbs what to say about it...
I cant think its wrong or anything cause if some1 does it he is valurnable for hits and stuffs...

from what i translated.
"if i toggle off fly (start falling) while charging a beam attack, and then get caught in a PS i always win."

well the reason is, your not eating up KI by flying. also, chances that the blast will hit you are slim if you have moved your position.

I think he meant that if you fell down and loose the PS you won't get damaged ...
this is no bug .. it's changed on B1.1 cause of the beamjumps

the lil bit more KI won't help you so much in PS' ... mostly the with higher PL (or stronger attack) wins ... it rarly depends on the KI

It can if one of you is using piccolo's masenko..that attack consumes SOO much ki...if you enter a block struggle with it, and your using that attack, 85% chance you'll get it fired back @ u...
