Section for help on models/maps/skins

hey whenever i browse the models/skins or maps section of the forum i get excited to think of an update on a model/map im watching or to see new WIP. But whenever i go in half of the time i see "help me please" or someone needing help and its getting kinda tiring. There is a help section. But for special needs in mapping and modelling/skinning i think there should be a section for those. Like modelling/skinning help and mapping help so that the help can be dealt with there instead of getting all our hopes up in the models/skins and mapping sections and then the hopes just drop when we see "please help" :scared:
