Miscellaneous is geared more towards things that can be put into use for ESF or the forums that isn't covered in Mapping, Models/Skins, or Artwork like sound packs or HUDs, or other off-the-wall additions. Off-Topic is more meant for the non-developmental projects, like music videos, for example.
