Don't use software mode. GO into your options menu and on the video tab (in steam) and go from software to d3d or opengl

i prefer opengl as that is what this game was made for.

it depens to what your vid kaart is, you shut play esf in a good way while in software mode so it could be a driver problem or an to weak 3d kaart.
first try direct 3d, you can alway's try opengl if the kaart suport's it.

No offense Niobe.. But your writing isnt all that understandable.. Software is rarely good, my computer gets very strange when I use software. I recommend you stick with open gl or direct 3d, both work fine for me, always has.

Niobe is from Holland, cut him some slack, he has to speak a 2nd language here. Stop critisizing other people on their spelling/ grammer, No one is perfect.

And like i said before use opengl or d3d

If that doesn't work reinstall.

Pheonix.. Thats.. Not an excuse.. I'm Norwegian..

Virux, try getting the latest drivers, and then use open gl or direct 3d.

Also check to make sure your color profiles have not been played with.

Rightclick on the desktop -> properties -> settings tab -> advanced button

when you are there, look for a tab that contains some kind of color or gamma management.

Your graphic card has drivers to make it work, if they are old strange things can happen. I couldnt even play esf or cs before I fixed it, but your case isnt that bad. Just find the company that made your video card and get the latest drivers from their site.
