Blizzard has announced StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm will launch on March 12, 2013.

The expansion set for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty will form the second part of the planned StarCraft II trilogy, and introduce a range of new units in addition to a new campaign focusing on Sarah Kerrigan, the Queen of Blades, leading a Zerg swarm against Arcturus Mengsk.

I never really got into MP but I'm excited for the SP campaign. Bring on March 12 (13 for my side of the planet)

Will replay StarCraft 2 soon, I loved the SP, and MP Custom Maps. I will get the CE...without a doubt!(Unless it's way worse than WoL)

Not too into multiplayer, but definitely going to play it when this comes out. Way more excited about Singleplayer, kind of disappointed that they decided to do it in a trilogy though.

If it's 60$, I might.

WoL had an artbook, making of DVD, USB Stick, shaped like Raynors dog tags, unique in-game model for Thor's, a pet for WoW(Which I don't play, so...)

I also just felt like I had to, given what type of game it was...

Still! We'll see...mouse bad, I am set on...everything else seems bad as well...

****. For WoL, 100$ was feasable because of the content. The extra 40$ was easily worth it, at the time.


the Mouse pad, looks like junk. Generic, not very good. I want the Torrasque unit..., the art book...but I just can't justify the price. Damn!

I still need to beat the WoL campaign lol. I'm not sure if I should wait and go to the store to get it with the box, or pre-order it and get the cool units + portraits.

Blizzard takes it's time with games, doesn't pop em out every year. They like to try to do a 2 year cycle. Plus, they had Diablo 3 to launch.

Either way they have different teams/departments for their projects, and it's totally an Activision move to release the game in 3 "chapters". It's pretty lame when it takes two years to release a single player tweak to a game that's been out for a bit.

I consider 3 expansion packs for SC2 a good thing. The more the merrier.

They have the Digital Deluxe edition for only 20$ more.

I'm ok with that for the units and D3 Gear and whatnot.
